Donna McNeill - Chief Operating Officer | Interim Chief Executive Officer

Donna has worked more than 25 years to support GreenPath and its mission of helping consumers lead financially healthy lives.   She has held a variety of positions throughout her tenure, including leadership positions over the past 15 years.   Donna enjoys working closely with her team to support their development and growth.  She is committed to cultivating an energizing corporate culture grounded in the core values of Quality, Integrity and Teamwork.   Her expertise in strategic planning, service delivery, quality assurance and information technology has helped enable GreenPath to become the highest quality provider of financial counseling and education services.

Donna has a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Wayne State University.  She enjoys being outside as much as possible.  You can often find her hiking, swimming, boating, skiing or walking her dog.


Rick Bialobrzeski - Executive Vice-President of Strategy

Rick Bialobrzeski has worked as a director at GreenPath since 1996.  He is responsible for business partnerships, government relations, public relations and communications, marketing and development of new services.  Previously, Rick spent 10 years at Electronic Data Systems supporting General Motors.

Rick is responsible for strategic partnerships, corporate strategy, government relations, and public relations and communication.  He enjoys working at GreenPath because he likes his coworkers and appreciates the opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of others.  Away from the office, he spends a lot of time in ice rinks as a hockey coach and “hockey dad.”  Rick graduated from Bowling Green State University with a bachelor’s degree in journalism and a minor in marketing. 

Danielle Crane - Chief Administrative Officer

Danielle joined the GreenPath team in 2013, overseeing all aspects of Human Resources including talent acquisition and retention, compensation and benefits, employee relations, training and education, organizational development and strategic planning. She is also responsible for workforce management and planning.  Danielle grew up on the talent acquisition side of HR, with more than 10 years of HR experience with non-profit and entrepreneurial organizations. 
Danielle earned a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and English from Albion College, and a MBA from Walsh College.  She earned her Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification in 2008, which she maintains through continuing education and community outreach.  She is an active member of the Society for Human Resources (SHRM) at the national level, and also leads the Campus Relations Committee for the local Detroit chapter.


Rus Halsey - Director of Operations

Rus began his GreenPath career as a counselor in 1992 after graduating with a bachelor’s degree in finance from Ferris State University.  Today, he oversees all operations and employees in the company’s branch offices and centralized call center.

He is motivated by the courageous people who contact GreenPath for help each day, and enjoys working with a staff that “does an amazing job of helping people overcome challenging situations and build a better financial future.”  Rus is an active member of his local Rotary Club, and also served on the board of directors for the Lansing Area Catholic Credit Union.  He is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting and coaching youth sports.


Rich Hollis - Chief Financial Officer

GreenPath added Rich Hollis to its leadership team as Chief Financial Officer in November 2015.  His primary responsibilities include oversight of the accounting, treasury and finance functions, ultimately supporting the strategic direction of the organization.  Prior to joining GreenPath, Rich most recently worked as Senior VP/CFO of Easter Seals - Michigan, and Finance Director for SMART Transportation.  He also held several positions over a 20-year career in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.  Rich has a MBA from the University of Detroit and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Wayne State University.
Ten years ago, Rich made the conscious decision to focus his professional career on mission-centered organizations.  He made this decision after nearly 15 years of uber involvement in the extracurricular activities of three active sons, and related fundraising in support of Catholic education.  At GreenPath, he continues to find gratification each and every day.

Eric Lipsitt - General Counsel

Eric is responsible for overseeing all legal and compliance issues for GreenPath.  Prior to joining GreenPath, Eric spent more than 30 years in private practice where he represented and counseled companies.  He has a wealth of experience with transactions, regulatory issues, litigation and insurance. 

Eric graduated from the University of Michigan with a bachelor’s degree in History and Communication.  He earned his law degree from Wayne State University.  Eric is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, and has been admitted in numerous federal courts across the nation.  He is a founding member of the Massachusetts General Hospital Pediatric Psychopharmacology Advisory Council.  In his spare time, Eric enjoys walking his three dogs. 

Mark Munzenberger - Director of Housing

Mark joined GreenPath in 2003 after spending 15 years at MetLife, where he provided insurance-related services to companies such as General Motors and Delphi.  He is responsible for all of GreenPath’s housing counseling programs, which play an important part of the company’s role as a HUD intermediary.  Mark is an active member of the Coalition of HUD Intermediaries, where he provides an important advocacy role for the role of housing counseling in America. Prior to joining the housing team, Mark served in various roles with GreenPath, including Training & Development, Quality, and Community Education.  
He is a long-standing member of the Association for Talent Development (ATD), and is an active member of the Detroit area chapter.  Mark graduated with a bachelor's degree from Northern Michigan University in 1988.  In his spare time, he coaches youth basketball, enjoys fitness, and is an avid Michigan State Spartan football and basketball fan.
