GreenPath Financial Wellness names Donna Doleman Dickerson as its first Chief Marketing Officer

GreenPath Financial Wellness, a national nonprofit organization that provides financial counseling, education and products to empower people to lead financially healthy lives, has named Donna Doleman Dickerson as its chief marketing officer, effective today. Dickerson will develop and lead the organization’s national marketing strategy as it expands its focus on financial health.

Most recently, Dickerson served as senior vice president for marketing and communications at Ann Arbor SPARK, where she created and led the award-winning, integrated marketing and brand strategy. Under Dickerson’s marketing leadership, Ann Arbor SPARK was recognized locally, nationally and globally for its brand marketing efforts.

“GreenPath has an ambitious goal to improve Americans’ financial health and make it okay to talk about debt by erasing the stigma around it,” said Kristen Holt, president and CEO at GreenPath. “Donna’s expertise will be critical to influencing the national dialogue and advancing GreenPath’s ability to reach consumers.”

Prior to Ann Arbor SPARK, Dickerson was regional marketing director, Michigan region, at Pfizer Global Pharmaceuticals. In addition, she founded DLA Group, LLC, a strategic marketing consulting firm, and Natural Kids, an organization that promoted green lifestyles for children’s health.

Dickerson earned a Bachelor of Science in health care administration from Florida A&M University, and a Master of Business Administration from State University of New York, Buffalo.
