Best Places to WorkOne of our goals here at GreenPath Financial Wellness is to attract top-level people to join our team. We were so thrilled to be named one of the best places to work for recent college grads. We are building a culture of empathetic, caring people who strive to do whatever they can to help our clients. Our culture is key to attracting great people and attracting great people is key to building our culture.

The entire GreenPath team works hard to make this a great place to work. Every once in a while, it’s nice to get some recognition that we’re doing it right. Earlier this month, we were one of 25 organizations across the country named as “One of the Best Places to Work for Recent College Grads” by Symplicity, a job-posting platform that connects employers to students and recent college grads.

Symplicity judged companies on six criteria – employee ratings on Glassdoor, pay, benefits, professional development opportunities, work-life balance and company culture. We like Symplicity’s approach, as these are all categories that truly make a difference in career development and employee satisfaction.

We’re proud to have won this award. But, most importantly, we are proud to provide our clients with a team that loves what they do – guiding our clients on their journey to financial wellness. We are committed to making this a great place to work so we keep attracting great people!
