Homeownership Preservation Foundation

Homeownership Preservation Foundation

GreenPath has affiliated with the Homeownership Preservation Foundation (HPF) to guide and support people’s dreams of home ownership.

HPF is an independent, national, nonprofit organization. It guides people who want to buy a home and assists people who have trouble paying their mortgage and might lose their home. HPF offers counseling, education, coaching and money management tools for homebuyers, renters or homeowners.

People look to HPF for their knowledge in affordable housing, homeownership, financial stability and community development. HPF also runs the Homeowner’s 995-HOPE™ Hotline, 888-995-HOPE™. Since 2007, more than nine million people have called the hotline to avoid foreclosure and stay in their homes.

GreenPath and HPF believe everyone should have a place to call home and the ability to achieve their financial dreams. We share services and resources to better serve people in all phases of homeownership.
