Invest In Yourself

Our Invest In Yourself in-house training program offers flexible opportunities to develop your personal or professional skills. Each quarter, we publish a class catalog. You choose your classes based on your interests and goals. With topics ranging from Wellness to Presentation Skills, there is a broad variety to choose from. Wherever you are in your growth, we can help you to improve and capitalize on your strengths.

GreenPath team members are eligible for up to $2,500 in tuition reimbursement per year.

The PATH Leadership Development Program

The PATH Program is a six-month development program for our high-potential employees who do not currently hold a leadership position within the organization. It focuses on building leadership strengths like problem-solving and innovation. The program teaches essential leadership concepts and ways to apply them in professional and personal life.

Leadership Academy

The Leadership Academy is an even deeper dive into leadership training. This one-year program provides support to new GreenPath leaders, offering education on topics such as effective hiring, coaching skills, and conducting performance appraisals.
