Customer Engagement – Using Design Thinking for Results

Farmington Hills, Mich., (Feb 28, 2018)…GreenPath Financial Wellness is hosting a complimentary seminar April 12 on how to use behavioral science and human-centered design to develop financial products and services that resonate with customers. Design Thinking can lead to positive outcomes for meeting customers financial wellness needs.
The 2018 Financial Industry Partner Summit is for credit unions, banks and other financial service companies. “Often, people have access to financial services, but they don’t understand how to use them or why they would benefit from them,” says Kristen Holt, CEO, GreenPath Financial Wellness. “At this summit, we will show how behavioral science and human-centered design leads to products and services that are better focused on the customers’ financial wellness needs.”
The 2018 Financial Industry Partner Summit features behavioral research experts from the Duke Common Cents LabTM and GreenPath. In panel and breakout sessions, attendees will learn about:
- Putting people at the center of product and service design
- How empathy works better than math to engage customers
- Leveraging behavioral science to motivate customers to act
- Improving customers’ financial well-being
“This event is for any organization that wants to improve their customers’ financial wellness,” says Holt. “We’re sharing insights to deepen client relationships and create services that better connect with people.”
