Our Counselors Are Compassionate, Respectful and NFCC-Certified

All GreenPath counselors have completed comprehensive training and certification from the National Foundation for Credit Counseling (NFCC). This ensures our ability to provide quality education and assistance. NFCC is the oldest and largest organization of its type in the US.

We put our clients at the center of all that we do. We’ll listen respectfully and treat you with kindness, no matter what. We are here for you. Financial conversations don’t need to be painful!

Yes – GreenPath’s certified financial counselors offer free, confidential sessions to help you review your finances and create a personalized plan. Some of our specialized services for reverse mortgage and home-buyer assistance have a fee.

Your first financial counseling session typically lasts about an hour, though the exact time depends on your situation and the goals you’d like to work toward.

No appointment is needed to talk to a counselor by phone.

No problem! We can complete as much you have time for, and finish up at a more convenient time. You can also schedule an appointmentschedule and appointment to be called when you will be available.

One of the first things a counselor will do with you is put together your budget. Having an idea of your income and expenses is helpful. If you have billing statements handy, even better!

All client information is secure and confidential. GreenPath will not share your information with anyone without your permission. We also do not report to credit bureaus.
